INNER LANDSCAPE: THE NEUROENDOCRINE SYSTEM

an embodied asana teacher training weekend workshop
taught by Amy Matthews & Jill Satterfield
In this weekend workshop we will explore the Nervous System and the Endocrine System, and how these systems work together to regulate and modulate our responses to experiences both within our bodies and in the environment around us.

Dates & Times: November 21 - 23
Friday, 6:30 - 8:30 pm.
Saturday, 11 am - 6 pm
Sunday, 10 am - 6 pm
Location:
The Breathing Project, 15 W. 26 St, 10th fl, NYC (at Broadway)
Cost:
$400 for one workshop, $375 each for three or more workshops in the series.
Workshop pre-requisites:
Participants must have completed a 200 hr Yoga Teacher Training, or equivalent training in another discipline. This program is intended for people who have had basic training in anatomy and kinesiology, and have begun to teach.

EMBODIED ANATOMY AND YOGA

Interested in an in-depth experience of BMC's Body Systems? Curious about how BMC's approach to embodied anatomy might apply to yoga?

Beginning in October 2009, the School for Body-Mind Centering will be offering a 16 month series of 3-day workshops in Embodied Anatomy & Yoga. The workshops from October to September 2010 can be taken individually, or the whole series (October 2009 through January 2011) can be taken for certification from the School for Body-Mind Centering.
