Sensing Your Bodyembodied asana is based on sensing your body, breath and movement. It is a practice of bringing consciousness to each moment of moving through asana (yoga postures). In embodied asana, you are invited to discover the anatomical, kinesthetic and energetic relationships within the body, and between the body and breath, that are at the heart of a somatic practice. Any level of movement ability is welcome, and no yoga experience
is necessary.
